Painting Guide:

New or unpainted surface

·         Remove dirt, dust, grit, loose mortar, oil, grease, and other contaminants. 

·         New concrete must be cured at least 28 days or at manufacturers recommendation before paint application.

Old or previously painted surface

·         Remove all loose, peeling, chalking or blistering paint, dirt, dust, grease, oil, and other contaminants. 

·         Treat mold or fungus infestation with bleaching solution (1 part bleach and 3 parts of water)

·         Wipe clean the surface before paint application.

Application:

·         1st coat - Universal 888 Plus Flat Latex White PLU-100.

·         Allow 1-2 hours for drying time.

·         2nd-3rd coat - Universal 888 Plus Latex of desired sheen & color.

·         Allow 1-2 hours intercoat interval
