Painting Guide:

New or unpainted surface

·         Remove dirt, dust, grit, loose mortar, oil, grease, and other contaminants. 

·         New concrete must be cured at least 28 days or at manufacturers recommendation before paint application.

Old or previously painted surface

·         Remove all loose, peeling, chalking or blistering paint, dirt, dust, grease, oil, and other contaminants. 

·         Treat mold or fungus infestation with bleaching solution (1 part bleach and 3 parts of water)

·         Wipe clean the surface before paint application.

Application:

·         1st coat - Universal AquaGuard Elastomeric Waterproofing Paint White

·         2nd - 3rd coat - Universal AquaGuard Elastomeric Waterproofing Paint of desired color

·         Allow 1 hour intercoat interval
